    You receive a full written estimate with the rock base, drainage, and edge restraints already included. The number we quote is the number you pay — no surprise change orders later.

    Design, material & color

    Together

    We help you choose the paver, pattern, and color that fits the home and the budget, and answer every question honestly — including when a simpler option is the smarter one.

    Contract & deposit

    Your go-ahead

    Everything is put in writing: scope, materials, timeline, and price. A deposit secures your place on the schedule and your material order.

    Permits & HOA approval

    We handle it

    As a State Certified General Contractor, we pull the permits and manage HOA approvals for you — so the job is done to code and inspected, not done in the dark.

    Installation, done right

    On schedule

    A proper excavated base, real drainage, and hidden edge restraints go in first. We wet-cut to reduce dust, clean the site every day, and keep you updated at every stage.

    Final walkthrough

    Together

    We walk the finished job with you, make sure every detail is right, and explain how to care for your new surface so it looks its best for years.

    Warranty & we stay reachable

    Years later

    You get a workmanship warranty (upgradable to 5 years) plus manufacturer warranties — and a local team that still answers the phone long after the install.
